We have represented many of our clients before government regulatory authorities to obtain telecommunications, data and spectrum licenses. We advise our clients regularly on legislative and regulatory issues, drafting and negotiating telecommunications agreements, network service agreements, interconnection, and dispute settlement.   

The Firm has many clients in the field such as advanced mobile applications, mobile payment providers and postal operators.

Highlights

- Our team participated in drafting and advocating the "Amending law for Telecommunications law of 2002".

- Our team participated in Providing advisory to telecommunications regulatory authorities and Ministry of Telecommunications in respect of telecommunications law, scope of authority, and various licensing and regulatory issues.

- Our team participated in Advising on telecommunications license agreement  for "trunking" or "Private Radio Mobile Service" (Xpress Co.).

- Drafted and advocated a licensing regulation for postal operators.
