Mr. Shaheen is a lawyer with years of experience in different areas of the law, worked in the field of banking and financial, civil and commercial disputes , rent, taxation and employment laws, public shareholding companies and arbitration.  

Before joining Legal Allies, Mr. Shaheen had his own law office where he practiced litigation at Jordanian courts and advising companies and mainly public shareholding companies.

Mr. Shaheen was a member of the legal Department at the Central Bank of Jordan for nearly ten years where he advised on all matters connected with the banking activities such as supervision over banks, commercial and financial disputes, external investments, local and international commercial agreements, pleading before Courts in lawsuits where the Central Bank was a party.

Mr. Shaheen gained a very good experience in the regulatory and legislative reform at the Central Bank of Jordan where he participated in the drafting and study of nearly 15 legislations related to financial and banking such as the Banking Law, Deposits Insurance Law, Amendment to the Jordan Commerce Law, Trade Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law, The Jordanian company for the Mortgage Re-financing and many others.
