Anti-competitive Practices| A case was brought to The Competition Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade under anti competitive practices. The complainant  is an exclusive agent in Jordan for the Japanese company, NGK, which manufactures automobile consumables for different types of cars, and in particular spark plugs.

Cartels | The cartel applied for exemption from Competition law and claimed that tourism industry is very risky one in this region, the companies are threatened of collapse, the prices are fixed and known even if there was competition and the reason of fixing prices is not the cartel , etc.
