Privatization & Public Private Partnership

The Firm advocated and advised the Jordanian government on several privatization contracts signed for the development of public utilities, infrastructure services and other development projects.

The Firm advised on all matters for concluding contracts in various privatization   projects, including share purchase agreements, legal due diligence, licenses, assignment of contracts, labor issues, and regulatory authorities.

Our team advised the E-government program on issues related to procurement and outsourcing of private sector services and participation of private sector in rendering e-government services.

We formulated a Management & Operation contract whereby private sector manages and operates the Secured Government Network and data center.

Our team members attained World Bank certified training on private public partnership and privatization.
