Rana Bin Tarif

Ms. Bin Tarif is the managing partner, a lawyer with a 14 years of experience in different areas of the law, worked with government and then law firms. She has extensive experience in corporate law, privatization, company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, regulatory and legislative reform and private public partnership.

Ms. Bin Tarif has more than 8 years experience in reform projects and participated since 1998  in most of the economic and policy reform initiatives, participated in policy and legal advise and drafting of nearly 25 legislations (in specific, worked on legislative and economic reform related to Jordan's accession to the WTO, AMIR 1.0 , AMIR 2.0, ASEZA). She worked with AMIR 1.0 on Industrial Policy and Development, Public Sector Reform, Micro Finance & Capital Market reforms.

Ms. Bin Tarif has an extensive experience in telecommunication, she acted for the Ministry of Telecommunication, the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission and  various telecommunication companies.

Ms. Bin Tarif worked with many major and international companies such as Microsoft , she was a Team leader on acquisition by Microsoft to an IT company "Estarta", acquisition and sale of assets by ARAMEX to acquire the biggest distribution company in Jordan the JDA .

Team leader in advising Hikmah Pharmaceutical on group restructuring and establishment of a holding company in preparation for IPO.

Ms. Bin Tarif has a good exposure to international business as she worked for three years for ARAMEX international helping establish 12 joint ventures around the world and restructuring the company for the purposes of going public on the NASDAQ

Ms. Bin Tarif is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, law school, 1995 and the University of Jordan 1992.
