Highlights

Our team was part of a committee which assisted the Government of Jordan in amending the Companies Law in 2001. This amendment of the Law brought into existence enabling articles for venture capital, companies with different classes of shares (Private shareholding companies), private equity funds, stock options and ESOP.

Aqaba Special Zone | We assisted many companies in establishing presence in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone, we have experience with ASEZA's plan on opening up infrastructure services to private investment participation through a comprehensive plan of privatization, commercialization, and developing and implementing a concession regime

Private Shareholding Companies | The Firm formulated different company and control structures under the new law for private shareholding companies.

Restructuring of family businesses | Our team worked on many cases of solving legal issues that face most family businesses such as establishment of corporate governance, succession planning, transfer of ownership, board of directors restructuring and others.
