The Firm is one of the very few firms in Jordan that have worked on competition cases since the Competition Law was introduced in 2002. The firm advises on all aspects of the practice, such as merger notification and merger control,  monopoly, price fixing, market allocation, distribution practices and arrangements, entry into new markets, setting minimum resale prices, anti competitive agreements, anti-competitive practices, abuse of market dominance or dominant position

Highlights

- Our team obtained approval for a major international merger of $US 300 millions (Fox Paine Seminis) after litigating the case before of the Jordanian authorities and competition panels.

- Our team presented a paper on the Competition Law in Jordan for "The Antitrust Lawyer in a Global Market", a 5-day seminar organized by Centre for International Legal Studies in Colorado in 2004.
